Hot Stone Massage

Hot stone massage therapy melts away tension, eases muscle stiffness and increases circulation and metabolism. Hot stone massage therapy sessions promote deeper muscle relaxation through the placement of smooth, water-heated stones at key points on the body. The premise behind hot stone massage therapy is that the direct heat of the stones relaxes muscles, allowing the therapist access to their deeper muscle layers. Combining hot stone protocols with a full body massage provides a very healing and effective experience. The hot stones also expand blood vessels, which encourages blood flow throughout the body. The hot stones have a sedative effect that can relieve chronic pain, reduce stress and promote deep relaxation.

Ayurvedic Healing Oil Massage

This holistic massage is dosha- specific, based on the Ayurvedic season, or your unique body constitution. This treatment honors the traditonal rhythms and herbal oils of Ayurveda. Each of the three dosha sessions are very different. Vata will experience a very sedating, warm, and light massage to calm the central nervous system. Pitta will experience a very passifying, deep, and somewhat cooling massage to dissipate and diffuse rising emotions. Kapha will experience a vigorous and detoxifying, warm massage to move stagnation and enliven slower moving energies.

Warm Bamboo Massage

Warmed bamboo stalks of varying sizes and diameter are applied in a deep tissue massage by kneading the muscles with the bamboo stalks. Not only does this soothe sore muscles, but also increases circulation and aids in providing a sense of deep relaxation.Using special massage oils, the therapist rolls the stalks evenly over the client’s muscles, which is warming and relaxing. As a method of stress management, bamboo massage also can help with migraines, arthritis and respiratory problems.

Massage Cupping/Lymphatic Drainage With Essential Oils

This deep tissue release service is incredibly effective and pain free. If you're the type of person who wishes that you could have the results of a deep tissue massage, but don't enjoy all the pressure- this is for you. The best part about massage cupping is that it removes inflammation without adding to it, and can be used for common digestive issues. The "cup kisses" will dissipate and are not permanant marks. The lymphatic system defends the body from foreign invaders like disease causing agents such as viruses and bacteria. This therapy is used to soften tight muscles, loosen adhesions, bring blood flow, and drain lymphatic fluid.   (Magnetic therapy can be added to massage cupping.)

Soak 'n Massage

Relax before you relax by soaking your feet in a basin filled with warmed water. Choose either CBD Salt, or Epsom Salt with Essential Oils. After you soak for ten minutes, enjoy an hour on the table! Salts are proven to reduce swelling and soothe muscle soreness.

Maha Marma Reset

Marmas are subtle energy centers inside of the body.  These centers communicate with your entire being, and when the energy highways of the body are open, vital energy can flow freely. However when imbalances block the movement, stagnation occurs and can manifest into disease. The three main energy centers are the Shiro (head) Marma, Hridaya (heart) Marma, and the Basti (belly) Marma. Shiro Marma is responsible for communication between your brain and nervous system. Hridaya Marma is responsible for communication between your heart and your nervous system. The Basti Marma location is home to about half as many neural connections as your brain (The belly is often referred to as your "second brain") and has the ability to provide grounding or stabilization within. Warmed metamorphic stones will be arranged on the table for you to lay on top of, and they will simultaneously be placed on all three marma points. During the 45 minutes you will receive massage of the feet, hands, and head.

Ayurvedic Facial Massage

This holistic facial is offered either in alignment with your specific body constitution or the Ayurvedic season. Each of the three dosha- specific treatments (vata, pitta, kapha) are very different from one another. These support nourishment and cleansing from the topical nutritive products. Locally made, 100% organic, and packed with healing herbs. All three include massage of the feet, hands, back, neck, and shoulders, making this a total treat!

Ayurvedic Facial Peel Massage

This treatment is as effective as any glycolic or AHA chemical peel. It is a gentle peel that reverses hyperpigmentation and has a naturally exfoliating peel effect. This treatment includes red light therapy which benefits fine lines, wrinkles, and skin redness. Red light therapy also helps boost collagen. A collagen mask can be added on to this service for an additional charge.

Chakra Balancing Massage

Our chakras- like any aspect of ourselves- are energetic patterns, or vibrations. These patterns can be disrupted, blocked, skewed, distorted etc. Restoring harmony and order to the energy of the chakra will return it to a state of health. Anything that has a harmonious, orderly energy pattern/vibration can help to entrain our energy back to a harmonious state. Pure essential oils have that inherent harmony and order in their energy pattern. Like anything with harmonious energy, they can be used to heal the chakras. Each type of oil resonates with a slightly different energy pattern/vibrates on a different frequency, and will relate more closely to the ideal energy pattern of one of your chakras. Its pure resonance can be used to help that chakra return to its ideal vibration or energy pattern and a higher state of health. Like any subtle energy method of healing, the user's intention is critical. A pure healing intention is the most important key to making the healing work.

Himalayan Salt Stone Massage

Very similar to traditional hot stone massage, these salt stones are also heated and moved along the body. The stones offer 84 trace minerals that are absorbed through the skin which help to balance PH levels. The natural surface of the salt stones provide a light exfoliation and restore depleted minerals to the skin, making your skin softer than ever.

Cannabidiol (CBD) Oil Massage

CBD oil has a huge range of health benefits for the body. It relieves pain and inflammation associated with soremuscles, joints, and chronic pain. It also helps with anxiety, stress, arthritis, depression, and to boost your immune system. CBD oil creates a relaxing experience for your muscles with long-lasting effects.

Ayurvedic Reflexology

This hour long Ayurvedic Foot Reflexology treatment is a harmonizing & mulit-dimensional massage. Not only is this treatment a polarity therapy, but also an inversion therapy. You will start with a warm foot bath & a foot scrub, and then recline onto the table where your legs & feet will be elevated. For the next 50 minutes experience deep relaxation through work on Marma points, warm stones and sedating massage. Reflexology stabilizes your neurological system and brings greater awareness to the body as a whole. This manual treatment includes energy work via the srotas (energy channels) and facilitates the conditions for rejuvenation through nourishment.
Although reflexology is not used to diagnose or cure health disorders, millions of people around the world use it to compliment other treatments when addressing conditions like anxiety, asthma, cancer treatment, cardiovascular issues, diabetes, headaches, kidney function, PMS, and sinusitis.

Medi-Cupping Facial Massage

This incredibly effectve facial massage uses vacuum therapy to lift and tighten aging, dehydrated skin. Gentle massage cupping will be applied to the face, neck, and decollete helping to revive facial skin by bringing hydration, separating congested tissues, and increasing tissue function. No resulting "cup kisses" in this treatment. Best results occur from a series, however immediate results are possible. This facial massage is wonderful for releasing sinus congestion, TMJD, scar tissue from surgeries, and restricted lymphatic flow. It's very relaxing and sedating from the gentle vibration and rhythm. This is our natural "face lift"!

Ayurvedic Stone Massage

A multidimensional energy healing massage that utilizes thermotherapy, marma points, polarity, herbal balms, and metamorphic stones. This massage is dosha-specific, all three options are based on the season or your unique body constitution. All three options honor the traditional pace and rhythms of Ayurveda. The goal of this massage is to balance the flow of energy throughout your body. As with traditional stone massages this is a "hands on" treatment and you will be recieving massage therapy.

Raindrop Therapy Massage

Just like how blood gives our body life, essential oils are the life of plants. They can have healing effects on the body, especially the ones that are specifically chosen for this technique. When applied to the body, the oils are absorbed into the skin and travel down through the dermis levels into the interstitial fluids. They are helpful in fighting bacteria and viruses that travel through the body. Raindrop technique can have many benefits since it is a detoxifying process. It helps rid of any toxins or bacteria that are deep within the body and provides a boost to the immune system. It helps realign the spine, reduces stress, and relieves back pain and tension. The technique is highly relaxing and it is recommended that you take the rest of the day off after the massage just to relax your body and slowly ease it back into the real world.
The process uses a total of seven essential oils and two blends of other therapeutic oils. The essential oils used are Oregano (battles viruses), Thyme (anti-viral), Wintergreen (bone repair), Basil (muscle relaxant), Peppermint (topical analgesic), Valor (for spinal alignment and muscle problems), and Marjoram (anti-spasmodic).

Aromatherapy Massage

Aromatherapy is the use of essential oils mainly from plant, flowers, and fruit extracts to ease many health related issues. It treats the mind, body, and spirit. It is a natural, safe and powerful way to fight infection and strengthen the immune system. It provides protection from various infectious, bacterial and viral illnesses. Aromatherapy is based on the belief that the scent, as the most lasting of our senses, has the power to alter our emotions and heal our bodies. Aromatherapy massage uses these principles and oils and is very beneficial.

Back Facial Massage

Back facials can be beneficial in cleansing those tough to- reach spots, targeting a variety of skin care needs such as clogged pores, back acne, and dehydrated skin.
